Refund policy

Live Plants Sales-Final

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Plants can be highly sensitive to change in environmental changes, handling and shipping. We strive to pack the plants to the best of our ability to prevent damage but unfortunately do not have control of the package once it is with the shipping currier.

Order Cancellations

If you would like and order canceled, you must do so prior to the item being shipped by contacting me via email at rowejake80@gmail.com. If it is done following shipping of the item, it may not be returned, and a refund will not be issued. 

Damages and issues
We strive to guarantee live plant arrival. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
